Cancellation Policy

I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the session fee, payable before the next appointment.

No-Shows

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the session fee. This amount must be paid before scheduling future appointments.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may shorten your session. The full session fee will still apply, regardless of the time remaining. Please plan accordingly to ensure you receive the full benefit of your appointment.

Interruptions

I always aim to create a peaceful, distraction-free environment during your in-home session, but I understand that life with little ones can be unpredictable. If you need to tend to your baby or kids during the session, please don’t hesitate to let me know. I’m happy to pause for a moment or provide space as needed to support you. Just let me know how I can best help, and we’ll work together to make it a comfortable experience for everyone.
